Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

Refunds will only be applicable if:
* The product received is damaged
* A wrong item has been delivered
* The requested exchange item is unavailable

For damaged or incorrect products, customers must share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

If a refund is not applicable, a store credit may be issued.
